1. The minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting will be read, confirmed and signed.
2. Written communication received will be read.
3. The Honorary Secretary’s Report will be read.
4. The Honorary treasurer’s Report will be read.
5. Election of new officers and committee members:
President, Honorary Secretary, Honorary Treasurer, Ladies Captain, Men’s Captain, Social Secretary and four or more full members.
6. Any other business.
